Handyman vs. contracting: how is it priced?
Punch-list work is hourly or a two-hour block. Full rooms, floors, fences and paint-outs get a written number after we see it.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Unit turnovers, paint-outs, floors and punch lists between tenants are a big part of what we do. Managers get a private portal with status and photos for every unit.
How close is the ballpark tool to the real price?
It's built from typical jobs. Your real number depends on what Larry sees on the walk-through: prep, repairs, access, materials. He puts it on paper before anything starts.
