Meet Larry
The person who walks your estimate is the person who runs your job.
Nailed by Nelson LLC is Larry Nelson's company. He's the owner and CEO, and he's the one who walks your estimate, runs the job and does the final walk-through with you. One number from start to finish: his.
The company is based in Chicago's 60644 ZIP code on the West Side and works across the city and the near west suburbs. The work runs from full unit turnovers for landlords to the small repairs a lot of crews won't touch: painting, floors, drywall, kitchens, fences, decks and exterior repairs.

A bay-window ceiling with water damage. We opened it up, cut out the damaged drywall, put in a new section, then taped, skimmed and sanded it until it blended back into the ceiling.
An old fence line along the side of a house, torn out down to the posts and replaced with a new cedar fence and section by the gate.
One building, top to bottom: fresh paint in every room, refinished hardwood, new LVP through the stairwell and landings, and a finished kitchen.
