The problem
A Chicago building between tenants needed to be rent-ready: tired paint in every room, worn hardwood, a stairwell and landings that showed years of traffic, and a kitchen that needed to be finished out.
How we fixed it
We worked the building top to bottom as one job: painted walls, ceilings and trim throughout, refinished the hardwood to a high-gloss coat, ran LVP through the landings and back rooms, painted the stairwell including rails and brick, and finished the kitchen with shaker cabinets, counters, tile-look flooring and appliances set.
