Fence installation
Wood fence installation & replacement in Chicago
Old fences torn out, new cedar or pressure-treated privacy fences set straight and clean.
When a fence starts leaning, splitting and dropping boards, patching it rarely holds. We tear out the old fence, clear the line, and put up new wood privacy panels in pressure-treated pine or cedar, with posts cut to a clean, even height.
We've built along property lines, next to houses, by gates and on top of existing retaining walls.

Questions
Cedar or pressure-treated?
Pressure-treated pine is the budget-friendly choice and holds up well. Cedar costs more and has a warmer look. Larry can price both so you can compare.
Do I need a permit?
Many towns require a fence permit and have height rules. Check with your city or village before the job; Larry can tell you what he's seen in your area.
Should I call before you dig?
Yes. In Illinois, call JULIE (811) before any digging so underground utilities get marked.
